Main Features
Introducing the New System Notification Feature:
We have implemented the System Notification Feature in SELMA to improve how the system communicates various types of notifications directly to users.
- Direct Communication:
- Enables SELMA to send different types of notifications directly into users’ instances, ensuring timely and relevant information delivery.
- Diverse Notification Types:
- Information: Provides essential updates and announcements.
- Errors: Alerts users about system issues or errors for prompt resolution.
- Updates: Notifies users about the latest system enhancements and feature releases.
- Special Notifications:
- Automatic Modal Pop-Ups: Triggers critical updates as modal notifications that appear automatically to highlight major announcements.
- User Acknowledgment Required: Requires users to manually close these special notifications, preventing them from reappearing and ensuring acknowledgment of important information.
- User-Specific Display:
- Displays notifications separately for each user, maintaining an organized interface tailored to individual responsibilities and roles.
Introduction of the IRD Number Field
- In response to TEC’s latest requirements, SELMA now includes the IRD Number Field to enhance data collection and ensure compliance with regulatory standards..
- The IRD Number field enforces a strict 9-digit numerical format, ensuring data consistency and minimizing entry errors.
- Captured IRD numbers are integrated into future reports, facilitating detailed analytics and compliance reporting.
Introducing the Impairment Category Dropdown
- We have added the Impairment Category Dropdown in SELMA to improve the management and reporting of student disabilities in compliance with TEC’s latest requirements.
- Implemented as a dropdown within the student object, allowing users to select multiple impairment categories simultaneously.
- Works in conjunction with the newly implemented disability fields, providing a complete overview of each student’s specific needs.
Boosting SELMA’s Speed and Responsiveness
