SELMA RELEASE NOTES – 1st MAY 2025

🛠️ Improvements and Bug Fixes

This update includes a series of system improvements, data integrity enhancements, and critical bug fixes to ensure better performance and security across key features.

✅ System Improvements

SDR Extract Enhancements

The SDR (Single Data Return) extract has been improved to filter out empty string values from the Ethnicity and Iwi multi-value fields. This ensures that only valid data is processed when values are passed via the Student API.

Post-Secondary School Qualification Table Updates

Data cleansing has been carried out to remove duplicate qualification codes and correct inaccurate lookup values. These updates improve the consistency and accuracy of the qualification data.

Security Update

As part of ongoing security hardening efforts, all secondary passwords, secrets, and keys have been revoked to mitigate potential risks and maintain compliance with internal security protocols.

🔧 Bug Fixes

Jotform Integration – Intake Dropdown Values

An issue was fixed where dropdown list values for Intakes in Jotforms were not updating correctly. The dropdown now reflects the latest data as expected.

Assign Manager Functionality on Student Profiles

A problem was resolved where the Assign Manager dropdown list appeared empty when editing student profiles. The list now correctly displays available managers when assigning or updating the selection.
