🔧 Bug Fixes
Stakeholder Portal – Enrolments page unavailable
- Issue: When accessing the enrolments page on the stakeholder portal, page returns the message “Ooops, sorry! We couldn’t find it”.
- Resolution: Updated the entity manager to resolve the enrolments page unavailable on stakeholder portal.
Unable to add student
- Issue: “Add student” button requires validation type to be selected.
- Resolution: Enable students to be created using no validation. DXP will validate and return errors where the user has not filled the required fields.
Unable to use email templates on enrolment
- Issue: When attempting to send an email to a student via the “Enrolment Actions” button, email templates failed to load and a continuous loading spinner was displayed.
- Resolution: This has now been fixed to load the templates as expected.
SDR extraction missing completions
- Issue: Qualification completions for enrolments that started in 2024 and were completed in 2025 were not being included in the SDR qualification completion file.
- Resolution: The extraction logic has been updated to include enrolments that started in 2024 and completed in 2025. These completions are now correctly reflected in the qualification completion file.
✅ System Improvements
- Enhanced error message handling and validation to prevent issues being caused on transferring Employer (WBT).
