SELMA RELEASE NOTES – 4th September 2025

We’ve been working hard to enhance your experience and improve the reliability of our platform. Here’s what’s new in this release.

🛠️ Improvements to Work-Based Training (WBT)

WBT: Enhanced generation of Training Agreement unique identifiers to ensure uniqueness across both DXP and Provider records.

WBT: Updated teacher and admin dashboards to display the label “TP Visit” instead of deprecated terminology “MAC Visit”.

WBT: Fixed the transfer of complex enrolments to include the awards properly. This feature is behind a flag and is yet to be exposed to production users.

WBT: Added a filter to enrolment process that was trying to report units that had already been achieved. These are now omitted.

✅ System Improvements & Bug Fixes

Transferred Enrolments: Fixed an issue where the Intake name was not correctly populated on the Event.

Enrolment Component Upload Template: Added a new Funding Source column to the template.

Class Record View: Fixed default display to ensure the Info tab is shown when opening a class.

Class Attendance: Resolved an issue where the “Mark All Other” button was not functioning correctly.

Secondary School Programme Indicator: Added a propagation from Intake to Enrolment.

Student and Enrolment: Improved behaviour so that focus remains on the current tab when entering Edit mode.

Component Deletion: Implemented validation to prevent the deletion of components that are associated with programmes, intakes, or enrolments. A detailed error message is now provided.
