🛠️ Improvements and Bug Fixes – Work-Based Training (WBT)
Improvements
- Updated Occupation Codes: Filled in missing Occupation Codes using the DXP Data Classifications spreadsheet.
- Off Job Delivery Identifier: Enhanced the unique identifier for Off Job Delivery components sent to the DXP. The identifier now includes the date, time, and enrolment component ID for better traceability.
Fixes
- Provider Propagation Fix: Resolved an issue where the Provider on an Off Job Delivery component was not correctly propagating from the Intake component to the Enrolment component.
- Enrolment Action Button: Fixed an issue that was preventing the Enrolment Action button from being displayed on Completed and Withdrawn enrolments.
- WBT Enrolment Display: Corrected a display issue where old Finished Training Agreements appeared in WBT enrolments. The system now shows only the correct Active training agreement, addressing problems related to historical employer transfers.
🔧 Bug Fixes
Address Autofill Suburb Fix
Resolved an issue where the suburb field wasn’t populating when using Google Autofill while adding an address. The suburb now appears correctly.
Component Credit Error Fix
Fixed an error triggered in Programmes where ‘Progress Measured In’ was set to ‘Component Credit’ but enrolment components had a credit value of zero.
Object Name Truncation
Improved curriculum, intake, and enrolment indexes by cleaning up hover text to prevent issues with table export when names are too long.
✅ System Improvements & New Features
SDR Extract Enhancement
Added an option to report programme qualification code for SDR extracts instead of the default qualification code of the course component. Applies to the course enrolment file.
Updated SDR Validation Description (Error 362)
Revised the description of error 362 for clearer guidance:
“If the learner is an international fee-paying student, then Tuition Fee Paid by International Fee Paying Student must be > $0 in either Learner file OR Course Register files, but not both.”
Validation URL Update
Changed validation URL to use the Programme URL for the qualification_level_on_nzqcf error.
Improved Ethnicity & Iwi Field Handling
Updated the database field formatting to properly handle empty values for multi-value ‘Ethnicity’ and ‘Iwi’ fields.
Award Approval Dialog
Added a dialog before approving awards, allowing users with Admin and Register permissions to define the approver and approval date.
Enhanced Student Tags
Added a delete button for each tag and automatically clear the input field when a tag is selected, making tag management smoother.
Added NZQA Provider Location
Introduced a new ‘NZQA Provider Location’ code field to campus.
If provided, a dropdown for ‘NZQA Provider Location’ will appear when extracting ‘NZQA Unit Batch’ and ‘NZQA Qual Check’. The selected location code will be used in the Header (H) record; If not provided, location code on header will default to ‘01’.
