SELMA RELEASE NOTES – 9th July 2025

🛠️ System Updates and Bug Fixes

This release includes enhancements to the email functionality, as well as bug fix for transferring enrolment.

✅ System Improvements

Additional email recipients on Student email action

What’s new:

  • The CC and BCC dropdowns on a Student record now mirror the options available on an Enrolment.
  • You can now manually enter additional email addresses that are not in the predefined list.

Result:
Greater flexibility and consistency when sending emails directly from a Student record.

🔧 Bug Fixes

Changing Start Date but not End Date when transferring enrolment

Issue:
Previously, when transferring an enrolment to a new intake, the start and end dates did not update as expected.

Resolution:

When you transfer the enrolment and choose a new start date, the system will now:

  • Apply the selected start date, and
  • Automatically update the end date to match the new intake’s end date.

Result:
Enrolment dates are now correctly aligned with the new intake after transfer.
